La Policía de la Ciudad detuvo en las últimas horas a cuatro dealers con marihuana, cocaína y pasta base, en distintos procedimientos realizados en los barrios porteños de Retiro, Caballito y Almagro.
En uno de los hechos fueron detenidos por la noche dos dealers, un argentino de 22 y un ciudadano paraguayo de 42, quienes fueron atrapados con 41 envoltorios de marihuana, 84 dosis de pasta base y casi 3 mil pesos en efectivo en el Barrio 31, de Retiro.
Todo ocurrió cuando efectivos de la División Operaciones Zona Norte, perteneciente a la Dirección de Lucha contra el Narcotráfico y la Venta Ilegal de Drogas, recorrían la Manzana 100 Bis cuando observaron infraganti a los dos imputados realizando maniobras compatibles con la venta de estupefacientes a los transeúntes.
Ante esta situación los agentes los interceptaron, hallaron las citadas sustancias y los detuvieron por infracción a la Ley de Drogas (23.737), por orden de la Fiscalía Penal, Contravencional y de Faltas Nº 11.
Por otra parte, en Caballito, los efectivos de la División Precursores Químicos 3 capturaron a un “narco taxi” con cuatro envoltorios con 10,3 gramos de cocaína, tres envoltorios con casi 68 gramos de marihuana y dos de pasta base, con un pesaje de 20 gramos.
Todo ocurrió cuando los agentes observaron al taxista en el cruce de Alberdi y Murguiondo realizando maniobras bruscas con el auto mientras hablaba por teléfono celular, por lo que procedieron a identificarlo, hallando las mencionadas sustancias ilícitas entre sus pertenencias.
En el hecho intervino la Fiscalía de Primera Instancia en lo Penal, Contravencional y de Faltas Nº31, quien dispuso la detención del dealer también por infracción a la ley 23.737.
Por último, otro de los casos se registró durante la madrugada en Almagro, cuando personal de la Brigada de Investigaciones de la Comisaría Comunal 5 identificó a una persona que caminaba sin barbijo por la calle, en Estado de Israel al 4800, quien además de no justificar su circulación tenía entre sus pertenencias un envoltorio de nylon con 10 gramos de cocaína.
Ante esta situación, el imputado de 20 años también quedó detenido por disposición de la Fiscalía Primera Instancia en lo Penal, Contravencional y de Faltas Nº22.
