La nueva fase del Plan Integral y Gradual de Puesta en Marcha de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires registra las inauguraciones de la gastronomía y las obras en cimentación. Así se implementara para cada uno de estos rótulos de la siguiente manera:
Locales de Gastronomía
En los negocios de gastronomía en cuanto a los productos de delivery y “para llevar” se agregan las mesas al aire libre con servicio de mozos comenzando esta semana con la divulgación del protocolo conveniente.
Van a empezar con los particulares que ya tienen permiso para mesas (“área gastronómica aprobada”) primera validación en la web oficial.
Los que no la poseen debe tramitar la legitimación para la habilitación de las mesas en web oficial.
Queda prohibido el servicio alguno en los salones internos.
No se puede habilitar el acceso a las áreas de juegos.
La distancia entre personas debe ser de al menos 1,5 metro. Transportar al mínimo viable la convivencia sincrónica en un mismo lugar material.
El uso de tapabocas permanente es así para el particular como para los individuos foráneos a la entidad.
Si los locales no cuentan con una entrada directa desde el exterior al patio o terraza, se corresponderá delimitar un pasillo (libre de objetos) que observe dualidades en sentidos de tráfico. Hay que impedir la duración de vecinos en la vía de circulación.
Las mesas han de poseer un radio propio libre de 1,7 metro cuadrado en relación de otras. El círculo que delimite cada mesa debe apartarse por 1,5 metro en relación de otra, medido desde sus límites.
Las mesas se comprometerán ser como máximo para 4 personas.
Hay que colocar un sitio de higienización con alcohol en gel o satinizante en cada uno de las áreas.
Las mesillas habrán de desinfectarse rápidamente de que se retire cada comensal y anterior a que se siente uno nuevo.
En el uso de las mesas en las veredas, Habrá que contratar un seguro de responsabilidad civil para estos usos o ampliar el que tengan en el local.
A su vez se recomienda el uso de medios de pago electrónicos. Si el pago se realiza a través de tarjetas de crédito o débito, se corresponderán desinfectar tanto las tarjetas como el posnet manejado con solución de agua y alcohol.
Se encomienda usar mamparas o pantallas en las cajas que aseveren la protección de vendedor/cliente.
Los personales incumbirán contar con reposición de Elementos de Protección Personal (EPP) y kit de desinfección húmeda (consistente en la limpieza con agua y detergente y luego desinfección con una solución de lavandina de uso comercial con agua – 10 ml de lavandina en 1 litro de agua).
Los empleados no pueden usar el transporte público, tendrán que manejarse con vehiculo propio o contratado para tal fin.
Las Medidas de limpieza, desinfección general y prevención en instalaciones, cocinas, salones y sanitarios, y tratamiento de residuos y recepción de mercaderías, según protocolo establecido.
Obras en construcción
- Las consideradas las mayores a 5.000 metros cuadrados y/o menores a 90 días de terminación a partir de la publicación del protocolo
- Se podrá ejecutar acciones en el horario de 10 a 19 de lunes a viernes, y los sábados de 10 a 14.
- Se garantizara una distancia entre personas de al menos 1,5 metro.
- Se llevara al mínimo viable la convivencia sincrónica de personas en un mismo lugar físico.
- El uso de tapabocas en todo momento es obligatorio tanto para los empleados como para las personas que ingresen.
- También la jefatura de obra debe acceder cuadrillas operativas prediciendo las capaces separaciones entre los puestos de trabajos dinámicos, con un factor de servicio máximo de 1 persona cada 4 a 6 metros cuadrados, manteniendo 1,5 metro de separación.
- Asimismo dar prioridad al trabajo autónomo y aislado. Y ajustar las disímiles tareas en turnos rotativos de labor.
