La Policía de la Ciudad detuvo en las últimas horas en el barrio de Caballito a un hombre que tenía un pedido de captura vigente por haber abusado de su hermano de 13 años.

En el marco de las arduas tareas investigativas que se hicieron para capturar a este hombre, personal de la División Capturas y Búsqueda de Prófugos de la Policía de la Ciudad lo observó en la vía pública, en la intersección de las calles Nicasio Oroño y Felipe Vallese.

Ante esta situación, los efectivos lo demoraron para identificarlo y comprobaron que se trataba del buscado, un hombre que tenía un pedido de captura vigente por abuso sexual cometido con violencia y amenazas contra un menor de 13 años, agravado por acceso carnal y por ser su hermano.

Al consultar con el Tribunal Oral de Menores Número 2, a cargo del doctor Fernando Pisano y ante la Secretaría Única de la doctora Claudia Berlin, se dispuso la detención del mismo y su traslado a la Alcaidía de la comisaría Comunal 3 B de la Policía de la Ciudad.
