La Policía de la Ciudad detuvo en las últimas horas a un hombre de 30 años que tenía un pedido de captura vigente por un homicidio ocurrido en Julio pasado.
Personal de la División Sumarios y Brigadas de Prevención de la Comisaría Comunal 2 observó a una pareja discutiendo en la vía pública y alzando la voz, por lo que se acercó para constatar que no se trataba de algún ilícito.
Al arribar al lugar, en el cruce de las calles Mansilla con Ecuador, el hombre que discutía con la mujer se puso notoriamente nervioso y al ser identificado se comprobó en los sistemas que se encontraba prófugo de la Justicia por un homicidio ocurrido en julio pasado.
En consecuencia, los efectivos consultaron con el Juzgado Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional Número 52, a cargo del doctor Ghirlanda y ante la Secretaría 62 del doctor Cura, y se dispuso la detención del hombre y su traslado a la Comisaría Vecinal 2 B de la Policía de la Ciudad.
