Una investigación de tres meses llevó a la Policía de la Ciudad a detener a dos hombres y desarticular una banda que falsificaba patentes, utilizadas por motochorros para evitar ser detectados por los sistemas digitales de ingreso a la Capital Federal.
Las detenciones y la desarticulación del negocio se llevaron a cabo en el marco de tres allanamientos, dos en San Justo y otro en Cañuelas, realizados por efectivos de la Sección Investigaciones Especiales, Sección Intervenciones Informáticas Complejas y por personal de la División Análisis de Inteligencia Informática de la Policía de la Ciudad.
En uno de los procedimientos, en la casa del propietario del comercio, los policías incautaron también armas y proyectiles de punta hueca.
El vicejefe de Gobierno porteño a cargo del Ministerio de Justicia y Seguridad, Diego Santilli afirmó que “los delitos en la Ciudad vienen retrocediendo 20 años atrás pero el delito también muta. La Ciudad tiene un Anillo Digital, todo lo que entra y sale se ve con más de 10 mil cámaras y con lectoras de patentes. Eso hace que quien viene a delinquir a la Ciudad, de alguna manera se lo va a detectar”. Santilli recorrió hoy el Depósito de Motos incautadas en Barracas, donde se expusieron las patentes falsas y el parte del material decomisado.
También estuvieron el secretario de Justicia y Seguridad, Marcelo D’Alessandro; el jefe de la Policía de la Ciudad, Gabriel Berard, y el subsecretario de Seguridad Ciudadana, Juan Pablo Sassano.
Santilli prosiguió: “descubrimos por Ciberdelito y ciberpatrullaje que había clonación y adulteración de patentes, que las falsificaban para entrar a la Ciudad a cometer ilícitos, se hicieron los allanamientos y se desbarató la organización y pusimos a disposición de la Justicia a los delincuentes detenidos”.
Por su parte, D’Alessandro refirió que el resultado de la tarea policial “tiene que ver con esta política de atacar el delito de motochorros. La delincuencia se había organizado y la Superintendencia de Tecnología de la Policía de la Ciudad encontró estos comercios que vendían patentes falsas. Esta la política es la que nosotros tenemos de seguir ante la modalidad motochorro para erradicarla de Ciudad de Buenos Aires”, agregó, teniendo como fondo un depósito de 2.559 motos incautadas.
En tanto, Berard señaló que “este procedimiento tiene su origen en el buen uso de la tecnología. Por el Anillo Digital, la Ciudad está muy bien controlada respecto a cualquier ingreso de vehículos, particularmente las motos. Ese control hizo que primero el Anillo Digital y luego el ciberpatrullaje, detectaran que había motos mellizas en los controles y se profundizó la investigación”.
En esa lucha los oficiales iniciaron una investigación para detectar cuál era la maniobra de los motochorros para no ser detectados por el Anillo Digital, habida cuenta que suelen utilizar vehículos robados para cometer robos.
Fue así como verificaron que en un reconocido portal de venta por internet algunos usuarios ofrecían patentes a un monto que oscila entre 500 y 700 pesos para motos, autos y trailers.
Las publicaciones y comentarios llamaron la atención de los oficiales, que por medio de un trabajo en conjunto con el portal y empresas de telefonía e Internet, localizaron el origen de las publicaciones.
La información fue presentada ante el Juzgado Federal en lo Criminal y Correccional 04, a cargo del Dr Ariel Lijo, secretaría 7 del Dr. Diego Fernando Arce, que autorizó los tres allanamientos para comprobar la maniobra y detener a los responsables por el delito de falsificación de documento.
Uno de los procedimientos se dio en un local de venta de repuestos y accesorios de motos, ubicado en la avenida Juan Manuel de Rosas al 3900, de San Justo, donde se corroboró que se vendían patentes falsas y las hacían en el momento, según la indicación del cliente. En total, se incautaron 50 chapas patentes apócrifas, 4 CPU, 10 cajas con calcos de letras y números, y 183.260 pesos.
El dueño del local fue detenido y puesto a disposición de la Justicia.
Uno de los policías que se había quedado en la puerta del local, identificó a un cliente que justo había llegado con una moto que tenía puesta una patente falsa, por lo que también fue detenido.
A cuatro cuadras de allí, se allanó otro domicilio, pero no se encontraron elementos de interés para la causa.
El tercer objetivo fue una casa en el Barrio Privado La Tacuara, de Cañuelas, donde vivía el dueño del local y se incautó documentación, dos celulares, una pistola 9 milímetros con cargadores y municiones, un revólver calibre 22 con 100 cartuchos de bala hueca que no contaba con la documentación necesaria.
