Dos delincuentes fueron detenidos por la Policía de la Ciudad en inmediaciones del barrio Mugica, en Villa Lugano, tras asaltar a mano armada a una mujer en la localidad bonaerense de La Tablada.
Oficiales de la División Anillo Digital de la Policía de la Ciudad recorrían la traza de la avenida General Paz, en inmediaciones del barrios Padre Mugica, en el marco del servicio saturación de la zona, cuando observaron, sobre colectora mano a Riachuelo en la intersección con la calle Pedernera, un auto Ford Fiesta Max detenido con dos masculinos revisando una cartera femenina.
Ante ello, los efectivos procedieron a identificar a los sospechosos, de 31 y 19 años, y al verificar la cartera en su interior había dos DNI de mujeres y un recibo de sueldo de una empresa, cuya asignación coincide con uno de esos documentos.
Los policías se pusieron en contacto con la empresa emisora del recibo, y por su intermedio se logró ubicar a la mujer del DNI en cuestión, que refirió que horas antes, aproximadamente a las 5.30 había sido asaltada en Montenegro y Boulogne Sur Mer, en La Tablada por dos hombres que portaban un arma plateada y se movilizaban en un auto negro.
En la revisión del auto ante testigos, los sospechosos, de 31 y 19 años, llevaban una pistola Astra A 1000 con un cargador con siete cartuchos colocados, tras lo cual los oficiales procedieron a su detención.
Al revisarse los antecedentes, el menor de los imputados tenía un pedido de paradero en el marco de una causa por robo, en tanto el mayor presentó a los oficiales una tarjeta verde de apariencia apócrifa.
Consultada la Fiscalìa Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional .20, a cargo del Dr. Carlos Donoso Castex no avaló estado de flagrancia por lo cual el caso quedó a disposición del Juzgado Nacional 43 del mismo fuero, de la Dra. María Alejandra Provítola, secretaría 109 de la Dra. Soledad Nieto, que ordenó la detención de ambos imputados, el secuestro del vehículo, su documentación, el arma y los proyectiles y la licencia de conducir para verificar su veracidad, y la cartera femenina y documentos hallados en su interior.
También dispuso que las acutaciones sean labradas en la Comisaría Vecinal 8 A de la Policía de la Ciudad.
