La Policía de la Ciudad detuvo en las últimas a dos personas de nacionalidad peruana que comercializaban mercadería de marcas falsificadas en un local del barrio de Almagro, que terminó siendo clausurado.
Personal de la División Operaciones Especiales Requeridas por el Ministerio Público, dependiente del Departamento Contravenciones y Faltas de la Policía de la Ciudad, encabezó una inspección a un comercio ubicado en la avenida Medrano al 700 junto a la Agencia Gubernamental de Control (AGC) y la Dirección General de Coordinación Operativa, dependiente de la Subsecretaría de Seguridad Ciudadana.
Al ingresar al local, los efectivos identificaron a los dos responsables: una mujer de 30 años y un hombre de 27, ambos de nacionalidad peruana.
Se comprobó que se ofrecía indumentaria y calzado de marcas falsificadas de Adidas, Nike, Puma, Under Armour, Gucci, Versace, Hollister y Tommy Hilfiger.
En total, se incautaron 1.519 prendas, con un valor de mercado en los 4.500.000 pesos.
Al consultar con el Juzgado Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional Federal Número 11, a cargo del doctor Julián Ercolini y ante la Secretaría 22 de la doctora Chamis, se dispuso detener a los dos imputados e incautar toda la mercadería hallada.
Inspectores de AGC procedieron a clausurar el local.
Participaron también del procedimiento personal de la Unión Operativa de Fiscalización Integral (UOFI), de la Dirección General de Fiscalización y Control (DGFyC) y de la Dirección General de Protección al Trabajo (DGPDT).
