Hoy 22 de septiembre se conmemora “La Noche de la Pizza y La Empanada” en todo el País, un acontecimiento único que busca como objetivo impulsar el consumo en el sector, con significativas rebajas en take away y delivery de los negocios adheridos y un ofrecimiento digital con cocineros participantes. En esta edición la muestra es organizada por la Asociación Propietarios de Pizzerías y Casas de Empanadas de la Argentina (APPYCE), su Escuela Profesional y BA Capital Gastronómica (GCBA) y demás participantes.
Con el propósito de festejar desde los hogares de todo el país, APPYCE junto a BA Capital Gastronómica, desplegaron un mapa de intercambio con más de 4000 pizzerías y casas de empanadas en todo el país con modalidad take away y los que conjuntamente cuentan con delivery. Los locales que tienen el logo del programa refieren una promoción en particular.
A partir de las 15h mediante las cuentas de Instagram de APPYCE , BA Capital Gastronómica y BA Saludable tendrán comunicaciones en vivo y videos grabados con diferentes recetas de pizza, empanadas y fainá. Desde versiones rellenas hasta las más clásicas y cruzando en el medio por elecciones sin TACC, vegetarianas y hasta estilos mundiales, habrá comprendidos para todos los deleites y distinciones. Los invitados son: Donato De Santis, Danilo Ferraz, Jimena Monteverde, Roberto Petersen, Ale Temporini, Pietro Sorba, Gluten Morgen y Mariana Koppmann, Romina Pereiro, La Mezzetta y muchos más.
Conjuntamente, en los días anteriores, todos los que se enlacen lograrán participar de forma activa en el programa a través de contenido lúdico y explicativo. También habrá trivias, sorteos, juegos, maridajes y una votación a través de historias de Instagram, donde los vecinos podrán votar por el mejor gusto de pizza. Cada gusto de pizza estará simbolizada por un representante que estimulará su voto para asi ser la mejor.
