La Policía de la Ciudad detuvo en las últimas horas a una mujer por ser la responsable de un local en el barrio de Barracas que se encargaba de comercializar más de 200 pares de zapatillas de marcas falsificadas.
Personal del Departamento Contravenciones y Faltas de la Policía de la Ciudad trabajó en conjunto con la Agencia Gubernamental de Control (AGC) y la Dirección General de Coordinación Operativa del Ministerio de Justicia y Seguridad de la Ciudad, dependiente de la Subsecretaría de Seguridad Ciudadana, en una inspección llevada adelante en un comercio ubicado en la avenida Iriarte al 3300.
La AGC determinó que el local no contaba con los matafuegos reglamentarios y tenía varias irregularidades como falta de señalización de salida y luces de emergencias.
Además, se determinó que los calzados que se vendían en el lugar eran apócrifos por su calidad y por los precios de venta de los mismos. Por tal motivo, se hizo presente el representante de las marcas, que certificó que las zapatillas no eran originales e infringían la ley.
El Juzgado Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional Federal Número 11, a cargo del doctor Julián Ercolini y ante la Secretaría Número 21 de la doctora Arnaiz, avaló lo actuado y ordenó el secuestro de la mercadería, un total de 208 pares de zapatillas por un valor aproximado en los 700.000 pesos, como así también la detención y traslado de la encargada a la comisaría correspondiente.
Se labraron actuaciones por “Infracción a la Ley 22.362 (Ley de Marcas)”.
