La Policía de la Ciudad participó en las últimas horas de una inspección a una galería del barrio de La Boca, donde secuestró más de 2 millones de pesos en indumentaria y calzado de marcas falsificadas, y la Agencia Gubernamental de Control (AGC) procedió a la clausura de la propiedad comercial por diferentes irregularidades.
La División Operaciones Especiales Requeridas por el Ministerio Público Fiscal, perteneciente del Departamento Contravenciones y Faltas de la Policía de la Ciudad, encabezó los procedimientos en un Paseo de Compras ubicado en la avenida Almirante Brown al 700 junto a la AGC y la Dirección General de Coordinación Operativa, dependiente de la Subsecretaría de Seguridad Ciudadana.
Durante las inspecciones, se llevaron a cabo las identificaciones de los encargados de los locales: cuatro mujeres y dos hombres de entre 54 y 22 años, entre ellos ciudadanos argentinos, paraguayos, venezolanos y peruanos.
En total, las autoridades incautaron 256 pares de zapatillas y 950 prendas de vestir, todo valuado en el mercado en 2.100.000 pesos.
Por su parte, la AGC, clausuró la galería completa por hallar diferentes irregularidades.
El Juzgado Federal Número 3, a cargo del doctor Rafecas y ante la Secretaría Número 5 del doctor Tedín, avaló lo actuado y para con los imputados solicitó que sean notificados por infracción a los artículos 258 y 259 del Código Procesal Penal de la Nación.
Se labraron actuaciones por infracción a las Leyes 22.362 (Ley de Marcas), 24.769 y 11.723 (Ley de Propiedad Intelectual).
Participaron también de la inspección en la galería, personal de Seguridad e Higiene y Normativa Laboral y representantes de UOFI y DGFYC.
