El Gobierno de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, a través del Ministerio de Espacio Público e Higiene Urbana, invita a vecinos y visitantes a disfrutar de una nueva edición de Picnic Gourmet, la feria que une alta gastronomía, aire libre y cultura urbana. El evento se realizará el sábado 10 y domingo 11 de mayo, entre las 10 y las 18 horas, en la emblemática Plaza Francia (Av. del Libertador y Agote, Recoleta), con entrada libre y gratuita. En caso de lluvia, se suspenderá.
Esta edición propone una celebración gastronómica en uno de los espacios verdes más encantadores de la Ciudad, rindiendo homenaje al picnic como forma de encuentro y disfrute al aire libre, en la antesala de la primavera.
Más de 25 puestos con lo mejor de la cocina local e internacional
La feria contará con la participación de más de 25 emprendimientos gastronómicos seleccionados por su calidad y creatividad, ofreciendo una amplia variedad de opciones que van desde los sabores tradicionales argentinos hasta platos típicos de países como Francia, Italia, Japón, Alemania, Bélgica y Estados Unidos.
Entre las propuestas se podrán encontrar tartas caseras, quesos artesanales, focaccias, hamburguesas gourmet, falafel, pretzels, gyozas, okonomiyakis, raclette con papas, sándwiches de ojo de bife o salmón ahumado, y mucho más. Para quienes prefieren lo dulce, habrá pastelería de autor, cookies, brownies, alfajores, dorayakis japoneses, cinnamon rolls, macarons helados y trufas de chocolate.
También estarán disponibles opciones aptas para celíacos, vegetarianos y quienes buscan alternativas saludables, asegurando una experiencia inclusiva para todos los gustos y necesidades alimentarias.
Tres propuestas de picnic para todos los estilos
El evento invita a armar el picnic ideal combinando los distintos productos y sabores en tres categorías destacadas:
- Picnic Sabores del Mundo: ideal para aventureros del paladar, incluye platos como gyozas, focaccia rellena, okonomiyaki, papas con panceta y queso, salchichas alemanas con toppings, té de jazmín, matcha cake y postres franceses.
- Picnic Clásico: pensado para quienes buscan un almuerzo simple, familiar y tradicional: sándwiches en pan brioche, pollo frito, ensaladas frescas, bebidas naturales, cookies caseras y alfajores.
- Picnic Gourmet: diseñado para los paladares más exigentes, con propuestas sofisticadas como quiches de champiñones, ostras frescas, mollejas al disco, tabla de quesos finos, postres artesanales y café de especialidad.
Para quienes quieran quedarse a disfrutar del día, la feria contará con mesas, manteles y espacios acondicionados entre árboles y flores, creando una atmósfera relajada y encantadora en pleno corazón de Recoleta.
Música, clases en vivo y actividades para toda la familia
Durante ambas jornadas, los asistentes podrán disfrutar de una programación cultural y recreativa que incluye shows musicales en vivo, masterclasses de cocina y talleres interactivos. Estas actividades estarán pensadas tanto para adultos como para niños, convirtiendo la experiencia en una salida completa para toda la familia.
