Es el segundo caso similar que la Policía de la Ciudad descubre en poco tiempo, ya que días atrás dos hombres fueron detenidos en Almagro cuando, en otra compra controlada, intentaron vender bicicletas robadas que habían publicado en la web, las cuales finalmente fueron entregadas a sus dueños.
Tras una serie de investigaciones realizadas por la División Sumarios y Brigadas de la Comisaría Comunal 5 de la Policía de la Ciudad por el robo de una bicicleta a un hombre de 38 años en su jurisdicción, se determinó que el rodado estaba puesto a la venta por Internet.
Con la autorización de la Fiscalía Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional 40, a cargo de la Dra. Mariana García, secretaría de la Dra. Androvetto, se acordó una entrega controlada en Miralla al 3300, en Lugano.
Al llegar los oficiales se encontraron con que el vendedor, de 22 años, estaba acompañado por otros seis masculinos, y al detectarse la bicicleta sustraída, de marca KTM modelo Ultra rodado 29, los efectivos se dieron a conocer como tal.
El personal procedió a identificar a los presentes, inclusive a los seis acompañantes del imputado, quienes, como no tenían impedimento alguno, se retiraron del lugar.
Una vez que el damnificado comprobó que se trataba de la bicicleta que le habían robado, los policías realizaron la consulta con el Juzgado Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional 14, a cargo del Dr. Osvaldo Rappa, secretaría 143 del Dr. Alberto Gegunded, que dispuso el secuestro de la bicicleta, pericia y posterior entrega a su propietario, además de la detención del imputado.
Días atrás la Policía de la Ciudad logró recuperar y devolver a sus legítimos dueños dos bicicletas que habían sido robadas y puestas a la venta por Internet, acordando una compra controlada en Mario Bravo y Humahuaca, barrio de Almagro, donde se detuvo a dos hombres de nacionalidad peruana.
