La Policía de la Ciudad desbarató en las últimas horas en el barrio de Mataderos un centro de producción de la peligrosa cocaína de color rosa denominada “Tusi” y secuestró más de 2.000 pastillas, además de detener a cuatro hombres extranjeros.
Este descubrimiento se logró por medio del accionar de la División Sumarios y Brigadas de Prevención de la Comisaría Comunal 4 de la Policía de la Ciudad y con la celeridad del Juzgado Criminal y Correccional Número 7, a cargo del doctor Sebastián Casanello y ante la Secretaría 14 del doctor Arien Saban, para dictar la órden de allanamiento en el domicilio donde se producía el estupefaciente.
Los oficiales estaban investigando sobre la presencia de un automóvil oscuro que se encargaba de distribuir drogas de diseño en la zona Sur de la Ciudad. Fue así como recorriendo los barrios de Parque Patricios y Boedo, observaron en el cruce de las avenidas Caseros y Sáenz a un conductor haciendo maniobras imprudentes con un Volkswagen Vento negro, por lo que se le solicitó que detenga su marcha. Los policías se acercaron al vehículo y verificaron que viajaban dos hombres, que se habían puesto nerviosos con la presencia de los efectivos.
Al identificarlos, se comprobó que se trataba de dos personas de nacionalidad extranjera, un colombiano y un coreano. Paso siguiente, y en presencia de testigos, los oficiales requisaron el auto y hallaron bolsas transparentes con 2.000 pastillas de éxtasis con el sello de una medusa. Esta simbología la utilizan los dealers para reconocer el producto.
Tras consultar con el magistrado actuante, ambos hombres fueron detenidos por infracción a la Ley de Drogas y se les secuestraron las pastillas y sus teléfonos celulares. Además, se le solicitó al Juzgado que dicte las órdenes de allanamientos a los domicilios de los imputados, para incautar elementos valiosos para la causa.
Fue así como el magistrado actuó rápido y emitió los documentos para que los efectivos realicen las diligencias en los barrios de Mataderos y Caballito.
En la casa de calle Larraya al 2000, lugar en que vivía el colombiano, los oficiales encontraron en la terraza a dos hombres de esa misma nacionalidad y elementos para la fabricación de Tusi, conocida también como “la droga de la noche” y que tiene un característico color rosa.
En total, se halló 1 kilogramo de esta peligrosa droga para la producción de 1.000 pastillas.
También se encontraron tabletas de fármacos, bolsitas de droga en polvo y granulada, y balanzas de precisión.
Los policías también se dirigieron al domicilio situado en Caballito, en la avenida Avellaneda al 500, donde residía el hombre coreano, pero no hallaron estupefacientes, sólo 50.000 pesos.
Los cuatro detenidos fueron puestos a disposición de la Justicia, imputados por el delito de tenencia de estupefacientes (Ley 23.737). Uno de los colombianos tiene anticedentes por denuncias por violencia doméstica y el coreano por lesiones recíprocas.
El Tusi es una droga sintética que provoca efectos alucinógenos y al ser consumida en grandes dosis, transforma el comportamiento de la persona y lo basa en el nerviosismo y la excitación. En su composición, contiene LSD y MDMA.
