Gastronomía típica, música, danza y artesanías serán las protagonistas de dos eventos llevados adelante por la Dirección de Colectividades de Subsecretaría de Derechos Humanos y Pluralismo Cultural, para cerrar las celebraciones de septiembre, el Mes del Inmigrante.
El sábado 30 de octubre, 11 colectividades americanas se unirán en una celebración única en la Avenida de Mayo en el BA Celebra Chile, Cuba, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, México y República Dominicana, donde compartirán sus historias y tradiciones con el público porteño.
Durante la jornada que será conducida por Sabrina Menchaca, se podrá disfrutar de una variada propuesta culinaria, cultural y artesanal con más de 70 stands de todas las colectividades participantes del evento.
En cuanto a los espectáculos, el grupo mexicano Canta y No Llores @cantaynollores.arg nos traerá el espectáculo de música infantil “Bailan los Juguetes”. Por su parte, Xilonen (@xilonen.musica) interpretará música popular mexicana y cantos en lengua Purepecha. Además, participará el Maricahi Domínguez (@mariachi.dominguez) con su show típico mexicano.
También habrá una cantante de canciones típicas hondureñas y un baile en conjunto con El Salvador. Además, el grupo chileno Los de La Otra Orilla tocará en vivo folklore chileno y latinoamericano, a través de la música y poesía en décimas.
La oferta gastronómica incluirá platos chilenos como los calzones rotos, cubanos como casabe y cerdo asado, ecuatorianos como chaulafán y encebollado, salvadoreños como empanadas, haitianos con albóndigas y especias, dominicanos con pica pollos y dulces tropicales, guatemaltecos con chuchitos y garnachas, hondureños con tamales y baleadas, y mexicanos con fajitas y nachos.
Por otro lado, el domingo 1 de octubre, una nueva edición de BA Celebra España llega a la Ciudad para invitarte a un viaje por las distintas regiones españolas.
Sin dudas, la gastronomía será el punto fuerte en esta celebración. El público podrá deleitar su paladar con tortillas, paellas, bocatas de chorizo y jamón, y empanadas gallegas rellenas de atún y carne. ¿Y qué decir de lo dulce? No faltarán los irresistibles churros con chocolate y la tradicional tarta de Santiago (de almendras).
Pero la fiesta no se detiene en la comida. Prepárate para moverte al ritmo de España con espectáculos de danza y música que te harán vibrar. Desde gaiteros hasta flamenco, pasando por coros y castañuelas, todo será una explosión de alegría y pasión. No te pierdas los bailes canarios, bailes baleáricos y muiñeiras gallegas. ¡Y hay más! Grupos de baile de diferentes partes de Argentina se unirán a esta gran celebración.
También participarán los grupos corales del Centro Salamanca Bs. As. @centrosalamanca y del Centro Zamorano de Bs. As. – Casas de Castilla y León @centrozamorano, los cantantes Rocío del Cielo @soyrociodelcielo, Ariel Zamora @arielcantantecopla y Marita Tuero @maritatuerook, que nos emocionarán con música tradicional. También participarán los Amigos de la Zarzuela @amigos_zarzuela, cantantes líricos que nos deleitan con distintos números de Zarzuela… Y olé!!!!
El cierre del evento estará a cargo de los gaiteros Sete Netos @sete_netos, un grupo de música folk celta integrado por siete músicos, hijos y nietos de gallegos, que se proponen difundir la música de sus antepasados, dándole un matiz moderno e innovador, pero siempre manteniendo la esencia de sus raíces.
La organización de ambos eventos está a cargo de la Dirección General de Colectividades de la Subsecretaría de Derechos Humanos y Pluralismo Cultural junto a las federaciones de las distintas colectividades que participan en este fin de semana pluricultural.
