Tras un allanamiento, la Policía de la Ciudad detuvo a un anticuario de 82 años y secuestró medio kilo de cocaína.
La investigación estuvo a cargo de la división Drogas de Diseño y Precursores, del Departamento de Investigaciones Antidrogas de la Policía de la Ciudad, y permitió descubrir que en un local de antigüedades y relojería ubicado en la avenida Varela al 800, lindero a una sinagoga en el barrio de Flores, se comercializaban drogas al menudeo.
Los “pasamanos” de droga fueron registrados mediante filmaciones y fotos, que sirvieron de prueba para que la Unidad Fiscal Especializada en la Investigación de Delitos Vinculados con Estupefacientes (UFEIDE), a cargo de la Dra. Cecilia Amil Martin, le solicitara al Juzgado Penal, Contravencional y de Faltas 16, a cargo de la Dra. Claudia Amanda Alvaro, la correspondiente orden de allanamiento.
Los oficiales fueron recibidos por el responsable del local, un hombre de 82 años, quien fue imputado por infracción a la Ley de Drogas 23.737 debido a que personal de la División Perros Detectores recorrió el establecimiento, hallando un ladrillo de 397 gramos de cocaína, más dos bolsas con 33 gramos y 18 dosis preparadas para la venta, totalizando 452 gramos de esa sustancia. También fueron secuestradas tres balanzas de precisión y $13.280.
El detenido fue trasladado a la alcaidía de la jurisdicción y puesto a disposición de la Justicia.
