La Policía de la Ciudad detuvo al dueño de un taller mecánico en Paternal tras hallar un lujoso auto alemán cuando era desguazado, horas después de haber sido robado en la localidad bonaerense de Lomas de Zamora.
El detenido, de 29 años, adujo que un cliente le había dejado auto horas antes, pero los oficiales de la Comisaría Vecinal 15 A de la Policía de la Ciudad descubrieron que ya había hecho un inventario con los valores de las autopartes extraídas de la camioneta BMW x1 blanca para ponerlos a reventa, además de encontrar partes de otros autos, también de alta gama, entre ellos doce computadores ECU.
La intervención de la División de Operaciones de esa comisaría se inició cuando el Departamento de Emergencias Policiales (DEP) desplazó a los oficiales para entrevistarse con personal de una empresa de geolocalizadores, que refirió que buscaba una BMW X1 blanca que había sido robada hora antes en Lomas de Zamora y el sistema le señalaba que se encontraba en inmediaciones de la cuadra de Paz Soldán al 5100.
Tras un rastrillaje, apareció hombre que salió de una finca, preguntando a los presentes si buscaban algún auto en particular y ante la respuesta, admitió que tal vehículo se encontraba en su taller.
El mecánico adujo que un hombre, del cual dijo no tener dato alguno, se lo había dejado la noche anterior para reparación de chapa y pintura, la parte electrónica y mecánica.
Ante ello, los oficiales hicieron la consulta a la Fiscalía en turno que desestimó hecho de flagrancia y derivó el caso al Juzgado Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional 48, a cargo doctor Javier Sánchez Sarmiento, secretaria 145, del doctor Fabián Xavier Patricio De la Torre, que interiorizado de lo ocurrido y que el vehículo tenía pedido de secuestro del 6 de octubre por parte de la UFI 8 del Departamento Judicial de Lomas de Zamora, dispuso la detención del imputado, su traslado a la alcaidía 15 e implantar consigna frente al taller para proceder a un allanamiento y el secuestro del auto y todo material para la causa.
Horas después el Juzgado ordenó el allanamiento, que fue cumplido por el personal de la Comisaría Vecinal 15 A de la Policía de la Ciudad, hallando la camioneta BMW X1 a medio desguazar, ya que le habían sacado casi toda la parte delantera, entre ellos el block del motor, la tapa de cilindros, la caja de cambios, y la tapa de válvulas, y parte del habitáculo de manejo.
Todas las piezas que habían sido extraídas estaban dentro del taller y varias de ellas figuraban en una lista, elaborada en un cuaderno, con valores ya asignados para la venta de esas autopartes.
Pero los policías también hallaron numerosas autopartes de otros vehículos de alta gama, piezas de motor, como blocks, cajas de cambios, frentes de estéreos y de acondicionadores de aire y doce ECU.
También los oficiales decomisaron dispositivos electrónicos para escaneo de los autos, varias amoladoras para corte y notebooks.
Todo el material incautado fue derivado por orden del Juzgado a pericias y establecimiento de procedencia.
