La Policía de la Ciudad encabezó un allanamiento en un consultorio médico del barrio de Almagro en el que corroboró que un hombre se desempeñaba como psiquiatra sin ser personal de salud y le incautó medicamentos y recetas que les suministraba a sus clientes.
Personal de la División Delitos Contra la Salud y Seguridad Personal, dependiente de la Superintendencia de Investigaciones de la Policía de la Ciudad, llevó a cabo junto al Cuerpo de Investigaciones Judiciales (CIJ) un procedimiento a un consultorio ubicado en la calle Billinghurst al 200, tras corroborarse que allí se desempeñaba un falso médico.
El allanamiento fue autorizado por el Juzgado de Primera Instancia en lo Penal, Contravencional y de Faltas Número 18, a cargo del doctor Ricardo Baldomar, ante le requerimiento de la Fiscalía Penal, Contravencional y de Faltas Número 24, del doctor Rodríguez Pagano Mata.
Al arribar al lugar, los oficiales verificaron que el hombre que se hacía pasar por psiquiata no tenía título habilitante y secuestraron gran material probatorio que allí se practicaba ilegalmente la medicina: 22 sellos médicos, 700 prescripciones completas con datos de pacientes, otras 500 en blanco, 20 cajas de muestras de medicamentos, 3 teléfonos celulares, 1 notebook, folletería, 5 títulos médicos y 14 credenciales apócrifas.
El magistrado a cargo del caso imputó al falso médico por “ejercicio ilegal de la medicina” y quedó notificado por infracción a los artículos 29 y 30 del Código Procesal Penal de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires.

Aw, this was an incredibly good post. Spending some time and actual effort to produce a great article… but what can I say… I hesitate a lot and never manage to get anything done.
