El Carnaval Porteño es la fiesta popular que se celebra todos los fines de semana de febrero y feriados de Carnaval, donde las agrupaciones artísticas de Carnaval se visten de fiesta para mantener viva la tradición porteña.Esta es la instancia para que las agrupaciones que calificaron puedan pre inscribirse para formar parte del Circuito Oficial y participar de los espectáculos murgueros que llegarán a muchos barrios de la Ciudad en verano 2020.
La inscripción consta de dos pasos:
- 1) Completar el formulario online con todos los datos requeridos
- 2) Presentar la siguiente documentación en la oficina del Programa Carnaval Porteño de 13 a 18hs, de lunes a viernes (Av. de Mayo 575, 4° piso, oficina 402). Hay tiempo solo hasta el 6/12:
Personas Jurídicas (Asociaciones):
a) Acta constitutiva, estatuto o contrato social. Constancia de inscripción como persona jurídica ante autoridad competente (IGJ).
b) Acta de autoridades actualizada, debidamente inscripta ante autoridad competente (IGJ).
c) Constancia de inscripción ante AFIP.
Personas Humanas:
a) Copia de DNI
b) Domicilio real, Ciudad, CP, Tel , mail. Firma de la DDJJ.-
c) Acta donde conste la autorización por parte de los integrantes de la Agrupación, designando al responsable de la Inscripción.
Los responsables del cobro no podrán ser proveedores, ni contratados del Gobierno de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires.
El Programa validará la documentación y se comunicará por mail con los inscriptos para confirmarla.
