El propósito es optimizar el tránsito en la zona, afectado por los cortes en Av. Elcano, donde se llevan a cabo trabajos de entubamiento del Ramal Elcano con el fin de prevenir inundaciones en el barrio de Colegiales. Para mitigar los efectos de las lluvias intensas en la Ciudad y facilitar el flujo vehicular, temporalmente se ha cambiado el sentido de una de las manos de Av. de Los Incas, entre Forest y Crámer, en el límite de los barrios de Colegiales y Belgrano.
Estos cambios provisionales, que también incluyen el desvío de algunas líneas de colectivo y sus respectivas paradas, están coordinados con la presencia del Cuerpo de Agentes de Tránsito en la zona y buscan mejorar la organización del tráfico, ofreciendo mayor seguridad vial en el área afectada por la obra.
