Es que la droga, puntualmente 10,2 kilogramos, cuyo valor de mercado asciende a unos 12 millones de pesos, llegó a la Ciudad de Buenos Aires en un doble fondo de un auto que conducía un hombre de 49 años, detenido en el operativo realizado en el barrio de Villa Ortúzar y con un frondoso prontuario.
Los trabajos estuvieron a cargo de la Brigada de Investigaciones de la Comisaría Comunal 4 de la Policía de la Ciudad, bajo la intervención del Juzgado en lo Criminal y Correccional Federal 4, a cargo del doctor Ariel Lijo y ante la Secretaría 7 del doctor Arce.
En ese marco, la investigación determinó que un auto Volkswagen Bora vendría desde la ciudad de Salta hacia Buenos Aires, cargado con estupefacientes que se guardarían en algún lugar de la provincia de Buenos Aires para ser distribuidos en el barrio Zavaleta.
Con los datos del auto, personal estuvo abocado a vigilar distintos accesos a la Ciudad, hasta que se dio con el vehículo en la Ruta 9 y Acceso a Río Tala, realizando luego un seguimiento controlado hasta llegar al cruce de la avenida Álvarez Thomas y Donado, en Villa Ortúzar.
Allí, los policías se identificaron como tales y procedió a revisar el auto, hallándose la droga, distribuida en diez ladrillos, en un doble fondo de la parte trasera del vehículo.
El conductor, argentino de 49 años y comerciante, quedó detenido y luego se confirmó que formó parte en 2010 de la banda de “Las Morochas”, una agrupación que se caracterizaba por robar importantes camionetas negras. Salió en libertad en 2014 y en 2017 volvió a tener causas con la Justicia por robo agravado con armas y asociación ilícita.
Personal de la División Precursores Químicos de la Policía de la Ciudad estuvo a cargo del procedimiento con los reactivos, confirmando que se trataba de clorhidrato de cocaína.
En consulta con el Juzgado, se dispuso la detención del conductor y su alojamiento en la Comisaría Vecinal 4 B, además del secuestro de la droga y del auto.
