Incautan auto robado y gran cantidad de autopartes en allanamiento a desarmadero en Flores
Un auto robado y más de medio centenar de autopartes ilegales puestas a la venta por Internet fueron incautados en las últimas horas por la Policía de la Ciudad en dos allanamientos a un taller y una vivienda lindera en el barrio de Flores.
Cinco personas, tres hombres y dos mujeres, fueron identificados e imputados, a disposición de la Justicia.
La tarea de investigación estuvo a cargo de la División Delitos Informáticos Complejos, con el aporte de la División Ciberpatrullaje, de la Superintendencia de Tecnología Informática de la Policía de la Ciudad.
La investigación se inició a partir de una averiguación sobre venta de partes de vehículo Chevrolet Astra diesel modelo 1999 en la plataforma Marketplace, de la red social Facebook, lo cual fue denunciado por el subsecretario de Seguridad Ciudadana, Juan Pablo Sassano, ante la Fiscalía en lo Penal, Contravencional y de Faltas 26, a cargo del doctor Luis Alcides Arnaudo, secretaría del doctor Sebastián Corral Galvano.
El personal policial inició las tareas de campo y a través de la red, estableciendo dos domicilios en Balbastro al 3300, en uno de los cuales funcionaba un taller mecánico donde se llevaba a cabo el desarme de los vehículos, y lindero la vivienda de quien habría realizado la publicación.
Con los datos aportados la Fiscalía solicitó los allanamientos, que fueron autorizados por el Juzgado en lo Penal, Contravencional y de Faltas 17, a cargo del doctor Rodolfo Ariza Clerici, secretaría 33.
Los procedimientos se realizaron en las últimas horas, en los que se decomisó más de medio centenar de autopartes, de distinto tipo y de diferentes modelos de vehículos.
Los oficiales incautaron, además, material informático, teléfonos celulares y el vehículo investigado el cual surgía de las imágenes ofertadas en el sitio de compra y venta de Facebook, poseyendo pedido de secuestro y prohibición de circular por el delito de “robo”, librado por el Poder Judicial del Departamento de Lomas de Zamora, según surge en plana vehicular informada por la base de registros de la Policía de la Ciudad.
Respecto de las cinco personas identificadas, el Juzgado dispuso notificarlos de la imputación en la causa.
En cuanto a los dispositivos celulares se dispuso el resguardo en el Depósito judicial a la espera que se ordenen las pericias técnico forenses destinadas a dar con mayor información que permita avanzar hacia nuevas líneas investigativas.
Por su parte tanto las autopartes como el vehículo fueron trasladados en camiones semirremolque a la playa Judicial de la Policía de la Ciudad, en Ferré 2880, en Villa Soldati.
En el lugar se hizo presente personal del Programa de Lucha contra la Comercialización Ilegal de Autopartes, dependiente de la Subsecretaría de Seguridad Ciudadana, en tanto durante los procedimientos los efectivos tuvieron la colaboración de oficiales del Departamento de Operaciones Urbanas de Contención – Grupo de Dispersión División Verificación Vehicular de la Policía de la Ciudad.
