Personal de la División Investigaciones de Organizaciones Criminales dio inicio a tareas para dar con el paradero de dos mujeres, amigas entre ellas, que tenían antecedentes como “Viudas Negras” y una con una condena de tres años en suspenso también por haber cometido este tipo de delito y teniendo que realizar tareas comunitarias.
Estas mujeres tenían varios perfiles en aplicaciones de citas y lograban seducir, de forma individual o las dos juntas, a hombres para encontrarse en locales bailables y luego aceptar ir a los inmuebles de ellos. Una vez allí, les colocaban somníferos en las bebidas y lograban que las víctimas se duerman para poder sustraerles elementos de valor.
Los efectivos al recibir las denuncias comenzaron con una investigación y dieron con los domicilios de ambas: una residía en Barracas (Iriarte al 1700) y la otra en el partido bonaerense de Avellaneda (Alem al 1700).
Con toda la información recabada, el Juzgado Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional Número 33, a cargo del doctor Darío Bonanno, y ante la Secretaría 170 de la doctora Geijo, dispuso las dos órdenes de allanamiento para las casas de las imputadas y detenerlas.
En el domicilio de Barracas se detuvo a la mujer involucrada, la cual tenía cinco hechos comprobados con la misma metodología e incluso ya había recibido una condena de tres años en suspenso.
Además, en Avellaneda fue capturada la otra imputada, que también tenía un historial de cuatro robos como “Viuda Negra”.
Los oficiales secuestraron dos teléfonos celulares y una máquina de cortar pelo, la cual le fue sustraída a una víctima.
El magistrado actuante avaló el accionar policial y dispuso el traslado de ambas mujeres a la dependencia de seguridad.
